I did purchase the fine FTB7800 software from G4HFQ which makes managing those memories much easier. Hot receiver, no intermod problems even up in the PS bands, well laid-out and good looks to boot. There are more memories than active frequencies around here, but it's nice to know I'll never fill them up (unlike some 10 - 20 memory rigs I've owned!). The menu system was easy for me to use (having owned a FT-2600, two FT-1500's, a FT-10, and a FT-50) and I had it up and running with a dozen repeaters programmed within 10 minutes of opening the box. Looks great, sounds great, tons of features, easy to use, and the list goes on. I have had about 30 rigs over the years - Alinco, Kenwood, Icom, Gonset, RadioShack/Realistic, Pace, Midland, Regency, Heath, Standard, Yaesu, Clegg, and a few I've probably forgotten, and I must say this is the "nicest" rig I've owned.
